Very clean, great price, perfectly located for cycling along the Elbe. Friendly and helpful staff, free parking, evening meals were very good. S-Bahn is close.

Excellent service, value for money, good location, we changed rooms halfway (after 1 week ) from street to garden side( so called garden room) which I can recommend to everybody; absolute quietness during the night, one could only hear the birds sing ( I believe it were nightingales ) Best place to go when accompanied by dog.

The price is good. The location is centered to anything you want to visit in the area. The room is small but clean.

The hotel is well situated, near a train station where you can easily reach Dresden or other places, but away from the noisy factory area. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is inclusive and delicious, and the hotel offers free parking. the restaurant serves authentic German food and the prices are reasonable. the spacious rooms have everything you need and free wifi is available in all areas of the hotel.

Some of the hotel's interior design is outdated and the common area closes early in the evening, making it difficult for groups to socialize or have team building events.

I loved the hotel facilities, including the large carpark and spacious rooms and corridors. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Heidenau train station, making transportation easy and convenient.

Nothing could have been better.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Many of hotel guests had dinner included in their lodging package, so their tables were reserved. Since we were “a la cart” there was limited seating available. There was a nice selection of dishes from the menu (and yes the waiter provided us with one menu in English). The meals were delicious, well prepared, and generous and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast consisted of many items, from freshly baked breads and rolls, cheese and meat cold cuts, variety of jams, yogurts eggs and other goodies. Of course we had a choice of coffee, tea and juices.

The room was very small on the third floor (under the eves). When we tried to change the room, we were given another room, but the same size on the same floor, so we declined since there was no improvement.

Location convenient for S-Bahn into Dresden, and into the "Saechsische Schweiz". Room clean and not too small. Free wireless LAN works.

Service personal usually OK, but occasionally not very helpful. No staff available after 23:00 - not even a night porter to let you in to the hotel (remember to take the keys with you!). Breakfast adequate. No air-conditioning - we were there during a heat wave, and our room on the first floor was warm. Colleagues with rooms under the roof reported very hot conditions!

Liked the helpful staff who were polite and friendly. Good breakfast selection, with different options including cereal, fresh bread, and fruits. The location was good, within walking distance to the train station, which made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Disliked the poor quality of the pillows provided, which led to waking up with neck pain. The unstable internet connection was inconvenient, with frequent disconnections. The noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning disturbed our sleep.

Room was a bit small, and the a baby's cot it was way crowded, while the bath room was huge, with lots of wasted space. the double bed was nice to look at but had this wooden border that made it practically difficult to get up and wasdangerous for the baby.

The breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff was friendly enough. The hotel was conveniently located near the S-Bahn station and had free parking. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by a number of negative factors. The Wi-Fi was incredibly spotty and disconnected frequently, which made it difficult to plan our day trips.

Easy access from the Autobahn. Nice comfortable room. Very good food at the restaurant, and nice breakfast. Much value for money.

Free wi-fi in the room should be standard.
